No urge for food - foul tongue and breath. Doesn't pass urine during the day, but at night passes a considerable amount of robust smelling, large coloured urine. Absolutely nothing amazing was observed from the point out of the pupil.The abdomen feels comprehensive and bloated with gurglings just before stool. There may be heaviness in lower abdome
